Membership Agreement

1.The Parties & Your Plan

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is between Garrison Defense LLC ("Garrison Defense," "we," "us"), and the person who signs up for a membership ("Member," "you"). By checking the agreement box and completing your purchase, you agree to these terms for the property address you provide at signup.

Your plan (Recon, Guardian, or Fortress) and its price are shown at signup and may vary based on your home's size.

2.What's Included

Your plan includes the inspection, maintenance, and roof services described on garrisondefense.com/#plans at the time you signed up. In general:

Routine maintenance is included. This means the inspection, cleaning, and upkeep tasks listed for your plan.
Repairs are not included. If we find something during a visit that needs repair or replacement beyond routine maintenance, we'll document it with photos and send you a separate quote. We never perform repair work without your approval.
Included handyman hours (Fortress) are a fixed yearly amount. Hours don't roll over, and time beyond your plan's included hours is quoted separately.
Materials are billed separately where noted — for example, HVAC filters may be customer-supplied or billed at cost.

Your plan also includes the Defender Plan roof program described at garrisondefense.com. If you ever need a full roof replacement while your membership is active and in good standing, you're eligible for a $500 credit toward that replacement when the work is performed by Garrison Defense or Pitch Crew Roofing. This credit is per roof, non-transferable, has no cash value, and requires only that your membership be active at the time of the replacement — no minimum length of membership is required.

3.Billing & Term

Your membership is billed monthly in advance to the payment method you provide, and serviced on the schedule for your plan (quarterly for Guardian and Fortress, twice yearly for Recon).

Your membership begins with an initial term of 12 months. After that, it automatically continues month-to-month, and you may cancel anytime with no fee, effective at the end of your current billing month.

If you cancel during the initial 12-month term: a $249 early-termination fee applies. This fee is waived for documented hardship — for example, relocation, sale of the home, or a similar circumstance — just let us know and provide reasonable documentation.

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your card again; if payment can't be completed, we may pause your membership until it's resolved. We'll give you 30 days' written notice before any price change, other than approved home-size adjustments. Founding members keep their locked-in rate for as long as their membership stays continuously active at the same property.

4.Access & Scheduling

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for scheduled visits, and to let us know about pets or hazards we should be aware of. If we can't access your home for a scheduled visit, we'll offer one reschedule; repeated missed access may count as a completed visit for that period.

5.Reports & Your Garrison File

After each visit, we'll send you a photo report and a Defense Rating. These are provided for your information and convenience — they are not a home inspection certification and not a warranty that your home is free of defects. We maintain a digital record of your home (the "Garrison File") to deliver this service; we don't sell your information, and photos of your property are used in marketing only with your separate consent.

6.Liability

We carry general liability insurance and will provide proof of coverage on request. Our services are preventative maintenance, not a certified home inspection, and not a guarantee that a system won't fail between visits.

To the extent allowed by Tennessee law, Garrison Defense's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the total membership fees you paid to Garrison Defense in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7.General Terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
If you signed up at your door through one of our representatives, Tennessee and federal law give you the right to cancel within 3 business days for a full refund — see the notice provided to you at signup.
If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
This is our entire agreement with you regarding your membership, replacing anything discussed verbally at signup.
