Depends on your plan. Recon is twice a year; Guardian and Fortress are four seasonal visits a year. We schedule them for you and remind you before every visit.
We document it with photos, explain it in plain English, and send you a quote — no pressure. Routine upkeep is included in your plan; larger repairs are always your choice.
Not usually. Most of our work is exterior and accessible systems. For anything that needs inside access, we'll coordinate a time that works for you.
Membership starts with a 12-month term, then switches to month-to-month — cancel anytime after that with no fee. Founding members keep their locked-in rate the whole time.
