Who we are
Garrison Defense LLC ("Garrison Defense," "we," "us") is a veteran-owned home-maintenance membership company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect through garrisondefense.com and our related services, and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect information directly from you when you:
- Sign up for a membership — your name, email, phone number, home address, and payment information. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not store your full card number ourselves.
- Apply to become a sales representative — your name, phone number, email, city, availability, and answers to the application questions.
- Contact us — by phone, text, or email, including anything you tell us in that conversation.
- Become a member — details about your home (square footage, systems, appliances, and similar information) that we collect during service visits, in order to provide the Garrison File and quarterly reports.
We do not currently use website analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels on garrisondefense.com. If that changes, we will update this policy.
How we use your information
- To set up and bill your membership
- To schedule and perform home-maintenance visits
- To send you quarterly reports, appointment reminders, and service-related communication
- To evaluate and follow up on sales representative applications
- To respond to questions you send us directly
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.
Who we share information with
- Stripe — processes membership payments. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
- Our internal tools (scheduling and record-keeping software) — used to manage your membership and visit history. These tools are not permitted to sell or share your data further.
- Law enforcement or legal authorities — only if required by law.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep your information
We keep membership and home-service records for as long as you're an active member, and for a reasonable period afterward for our business and tax records. Rep applications that aren't hired are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we have about you by emailing hello@garrisondefense.com.
- You can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- You can ask us to delete your information, subject to what we're required to keep for legal, tax, or contractual reasons.
- You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
